  : Impressive entrance and reception area had high hopes
  : Food awful, I arrived late so just got garlic bread for a snack and it was soggy and vile flavour, how can you mess up garlic bread. The rooms were a good size but the cleanliness and quality of the rooms were awful. There were no hairdryers in the rooms and the towels provided were tiny and look more like floor mats and towels. Breakfast was awful. The bacon looked like it had been boiled and it’s own for hours. There were lukewarm beans and sausage on offer and the only eggs available were scrambled in a bowl on the side left with clingfilm on top no other choice of eggs, no hash browns just toast that you had to cook in a toaster that badly toasted it. Certainly not worth £8.50! You are much better off going to the services and getting a decent breakfast with all the trimmings for half the price!

  : When I booked it said the shuttle operated from 4am. We had to get a taxi for £25 to get us to the airport as we needed to leave at 4am and upon checking in they said the first shuttle was at 04:30 and we had to get a taxi. Didn’t realise we would have to pay as the information said 4am the shuttle was available.

  : Being woken by a fire alarm going off. We had to be at the airport for 3 so a fire alarm waking kids aged 18 months and 4 years made things quite difficult.Good to know alarms work but we could have done without itasthere was no fire
