  : Accommodation room 4 is in the attic of the building and on the first day the air conditioner did not work at +40C. The second day the owner turned on the air conditioners. Noisy traffic.

  : The location was good- not too far from the station and close to some restaurants and a supermarket around the corner. The apartment had a good amount of space and the kitchen was large. The beds were comfortable
  : We were given the top floor 2 level apartment - this was different to the pictures shown on the website. The sitting room and kitchen were downstairs and bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs.The kitchen could do with a kettle and some bowls. Be careful of the stairs! The steps are rather small and steep. The bathroom and shower could do with a deep clean as there was quite a lot of mildew built up.

  : Heater was not working (display showed Err12). Water is a problem, it takes minutes to fill a pod with water! Please fix this.

  : The accommodation was near to the railway station and city centre.
  : This is a terrible place to stay. I booked two rooms (one with a balcony room and a standard double). The balcony room cost more but my wife enjoys sitting on a balcony with a coffee in mornings when on holiday (hence the choice of these apartments). We were sold a 'pig in a poke', as we were 'upgraded' to an inferior duplex room, which is NOT advertised on Booking.com. Duplex has attic bedrooms; face height (I'm 178cm) roof beams inhibit mobility around the rooms, often resulting in banging your head. Bedrooms and bathroom were accessed by steep stairs (unsafe to take standard suitcase up), resulting in repeated trips up and down to take things from our luggage a few at a time. The apartment was dirty (pubic hairs on shelves, towel rail and on the bed sheets!). No coffee / tea-making facilities in apartments (except pans to boil water) despite being advertised on Booking.com. Other negatives: no shampoo / conditioner (despite advertised), supplied body wash was half-used on check-in, no curtain (or light-blocking) in one bedroom, curtain present in one bedroom unable to block light, double bed only accessible from one side. Outside / street noise mentioned in other reviews is accurate and it is intrusive. Ambulance sirens day and night, the street cleaner truck passes multiple times in early hours of Thursday, throttled moped engines (this has to be accepted to some extent when in Italy), refuse collection in early hours of Friday. Ironing and laundry facilities are communal. Ironing (sleeve) board was fractionally larger than the iron itself. A self-catering apartment permits a leisurely breakfast in morning but lack of facilities meant inconvenience and extra expense at cafes. Owner provided less than 4% discount for our inconvenience but this was before we had the opportunity to fully inconvenienced during our stay. Photos were auto-rotated on upload.
