  : The look of the room, modern type of look. Even tho some of the light fixtures were broken.
  : Got booked into a room with a broken key scanner. We were not informed about this at check in. I could not leave the room or we would be locked out. The phone and Internet did not work and the room was dirty. We were promised a discount. No discount given

  : the service was not friendly, our sheets were dirty, water was always hot. shower leaked and made floor slippery. Receptionist was also breakfast host, warming up food without gloves in sandals.

  : Not many options for breakfast. There was construction on the property blocking a way, it was too tight of a parking lot. Our vehicle occupied the whole spot plus some. Parking is bad.. There was only one elevator for the whole complex. Overcharged for a stay when was quoted something else. Place by freeway which was pretty busy.

  : I stayed 3 nights and they did room service each day. The complimentary breakfast was good and had several options (eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles, bagels etc). This hotel was a great value for the price.

  : The first thing I liked about the property was the price and location. Right off the freeway and two nights for $171 well cant complain about that. Also the the sweet blond girl at the front desk was super nice! We DID have a microwave and mini fridge which was awesome!!! And the beds were super comfy! The coffee in there little breakfast room was amazing!!!
  : The first thing we didnt like was the parking situation, there was no parking so you have to park where you find parking far or near your room and Its tight. Next was the elevator would get stuck so just take the stairs and the elevator smells really bad so again just take the stairs. Next was there appears to be people living there at the hotel cutting kids hair out in the hall way and some lady asked for the time but I could tell she wasnt all there if that makes sense she seems to live there and not mentally stable. Next was when we left for the day we assumed they would make the beds but they didnt but at least they replenished towels though. The small area in the vanity and restroom tiled floor was not swept at all it was dirty and there was a little spider making itself at home in a corner that was a major no no for me just because we hate spiders.

  : there were spiders and cockroaches on the bed and in the bathroom. There were also >15 fruit flies cuz we killed that many and didnt get all of them. Stayed for almost 2 weeks out of necessity and will never go back. Made beds infrequently during service

  : The front desk lady is always pleasant and makes me laugh. The manager knows me and welcomes me, I stay often as I travel a lot for work. The beds are nice with fresh white clean sheets. And the breakfast is a welcome site in the morning.
