  : Breakfast provides a great variety, the location is fantastic, and the staff truly goes above and beyond. I really love the scenery. There are so many nice things to see, and the pool was also clean.
  : During the initial day of our stay, we encountered a bed bug in our room. Promptly, the hotel staff relocated us to a different room and provided complimentary breakfast for the remainder of our stay. Subsequently, in the alternative accommodation, we experienced a malfunctioning window curtain which required a day to rectify. On the third day, we requested face towels, and were informed by one staff member that they were unavailable, only to later discover from another staff member that they were indeed in stock. That evening, a customer engaged in a tempestuous altercation with the lobby staff, causing my family and I to feel considerably unsafe due to the usage of inappropriate language. Regrettably, no compensation was offered in response to these issues.

  : The room was nice and spacious
  : I had booked a room with 2 beds. When I arrived, I was told there weren't any available. I had to then book another room to have the 2nd bed, and then the second room was only booked for one night instead of 2. There wasn't any refrigerator in the room, and the soap/lotion I feel could be more neutral because it's specific to men.
