  : We received a very warm welcome on our arrival and all the staff during our stay were very courteous and kind, always giving extra effort above and beyond our expectations to ensure our stay was perfect and enjoyable. They also gave us helpful tips on places to visit in the local area. We ate dinner a few times during our stay, and the food was always creatively presented and tasted excellent, cooked to a high standard and often better than the same dishes offered in Paris. It was served in a very pleasant setting, outside under the trees. The breakfast was also lovely with a good selection of bread & pastries, fresh fruit juices, jam, honey, meat and cheese. The coffee was superb and you could also choose to have your eggs as an omelette or fried. Our room was large and spacious with lots of natural light coming from the tall windows, overlooking the trees and with views far across the valley. We appreciated having lots of cupboard space to store our clothes during the stay. The bathroom was also spacious with a bath and separate shower, with fluffy towels and a complimentary bathrobe. The bed was comfortable too, with an extra pillow if needed. The hotel is located on top of a hill, very quiet and calm and really nice for those wanting to come and relax. We took the opportunity of using the excellent e-bikes provided by the hotel and enjoyed a few days exploring the nearby towns and countryside. The village of Pontoise is only a 5min drive away, or a 30min walk if you are travelling without a car. Honestly, everything was perfect and we could not have wished for a better stay. We would highly recommend this location to other travellers!

  : Both bedroom and bathroom are very spacious, clean and welcoming. The surroundings are nice and nested in a very quiet location with the caveat mentioned below.The view of the chateau on the site can give the impression of a high-class offering, but the reality is quite tuned down and not reflected by what you see.
  : I noticed several points that could benefit, if addressed, the overall experience:- The main entry door of the chateau is rubbing against the title floor of the entry way which makes it hard to open and close leading guests to slam it hard, generating an unwelcoming rumble through the chateau.- On Thursdays, the delivery truck arrives sometime before 6:00am. The beeping sound of a truck backing up along with the associated noises of downloading the goods, moving them with an electric dolly on an uneven surface generate an unexpected early morning unpleasant wake-up call just under your bedroom windows.- Both the bedroom and the bathroom could benefit from having paper tissues available to guests.- A small trash can in the bedroom would be a good addition.- The breakfast is very disappointing. In a place where the nearby villages offer a large choice of excellent artisan croissants and pain of chocolats, the ones served feel like they come from a local cheap supermarket or a croissant in a can. Same with the orange juice that could have been made fresh.- The dner menu offers some excellent dishes, but it is the same menu every evening, which is quite disappointing when you stay several days as we did. Given that the short dish offering list includes several choices of hamburgers, it is a bit of a setback in a country known for its culinary richness and from a chateau.
