  : Comfortable and very clean room. Excellent breakfast, nice selection and very good quality food. Staff is extremely friendly. Value for money unbeatable. This hotel is a perfect choice for going to Erding Therme, which is max 20 minutes nice walk, through a very quiet area, from the hotel. I will definitively return here next time I will come to Therme.

  : It was a worst experience for my family. We never faced such a bad experience from any of the other hotels during our 8 days Europe trip. Our day had been spoiled because of the arrogance of the hotel receptionist. My wife and I went to the dining area in the morning, Then he entered our room without our knowledge and consent, where my teenage girl and kid were alone. Then we had been called to the room by this guy and he started insulting us since he found some water drops on the wooden area of the counter top of the sink in the bathroom. He asked my credit card and he threatened that he would call the police. Because of his improper behavior, my wife started crying. When I complained about his rude manner, he asked us to vacate the room with his arrogance. As a result of this incident and the receptionist's unprofessional conduct, we felt compelled to leave the hotel immediately, cutting short our intended stay of two days. This decision was made out of concern for the well-being and comfort of our family, as we could not continue to stay in an environment where our privacy and security were compromised.

  : I recently had the misfortune of staying at Hotel Nummerhof and it was one of worst experience I’ve ever had.
  : The service provided by the Hotel Nummerhof were incredibly rude and unhelpful. The hotel staff were generally unprofessional and maintenance problem which was reported on the room provided has later been charged as extra charges while check-out time. I would strongly advise others to avoid this Hotel as accommodation and seek accommodation elsewhere. I am also dissatisfied with my booking with Booking.com for providing such a Hotel with disorganized and unprofessional staff.
