  : Very rich and good breakfast buffet - this was the best feature of the hotel. Facilities are spacious. Staff, as usually in Greece, very friendly and helpful.
  : Overpriced, with difficult access to the beach, which is closed in late afternoon and until mid-morning. Our room and bathroom felt tired, not well mainatined, and not what we would expect from a hotel of that price in that area. We did not need three single beds. It did not feel like Greece at all.

  : Extra staff need to be allocated around pool area for arranging residents when using pool furnitures. Maybe we could refer it as minor scarcity of deck chairs.Generally a very nice place to accommodate.

  : There are a lot of plus points to this hotel. The staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. The main hotel is lovely and the pool is huge with a small bar attached to it. There is also a main bar by the pool with another bar open in the evening. The breakfast and lunch buffet was good but the dinner buffet was always really enjoyable. Breakfast buffet is the same each day with lots of cold and hot choices. I rarely ate lunch as I made sandwiches from breakfast to have at the beach at lunchtime! Dinner was lovely with different hot and cold choices each night. Lots of fresh fruit and vegetables available too.The beach is very close and you can get a golf buggy to take you most of the way. There was always lots of space and sun loungers available at the beach. Being so close to the sea was a highlight for me.The all inclusive drinks were OK, the best for me was gin and tonics or choosing one of their cocktails. Or a frappe! I booked a room with a private pool which I absolutely adored and was perfect for when I wanted to sit in the sun but be away from the loudness of the hotel pool. My room was clean with daily housekeeping. Although the bathroom could do with updating.
  : The beach facilities were disappointing. There was limited free soft drinks you could get at the bar and no alcoholic drinks were included in the bar at the beach as well as no food. This makes zero sense to me and honestly I feel like the hotel is missing a trick. They could have made money from me whilst I was at the beach by having food available for me to buy!Equally in my room, there was no mini bar, which again felt like they were missing a trick with making money! I would have happily paid to have a few drinks by my private pool.The wine that was included in the all-inclusive at the restaurant was OK and I definitely would not have paid for it at a restaurant. You help yourself to soft drinks/wine/beer at the restaurant.My biggest niggle is the lack of information. I was given an A4 peice of paper with details about what was included at which bar and restaurant. But no information about where they were! I also wasn't told about how to get to the beach or where any facilities were in the hotel. I spent a lot of my first few days feeling unsure and confused about the rules! As a solo traveler I did find this intimidating and hardwork. For example, there is a restaurant you can book for dinner which has an A la carte menu and isn't included in the all inclusive price. It was only when I accidentally sat in the area of the main restaurant dedicated to this that I realised this. I had no idea as there were no signs and for lunch and breakfast you could sit there. It was embarrassing for me to have to be moved (along with my drinks and food) to a place I could sit. Surely, signs would make this a lot easier?!The waiter who moved me was lovely, so I can't fault him at all. But most of his night seemed to be filled with moving guests away as they all made the same mistake.

  : The photos of the private pool Bungalow room on Booking.com are misleading, as it seems like the room has a separation between the main sleeping area and the other common area The food during dinner isn't that good, especially if you come late. I wish there were more raw vegetable options. The location is a bit in nowhere, taxis can be booked to go to Eretria, which doesn't have any lively vibes. The beach bar opens only at 10am

  : The staff was very friendly, helpful and informative.Great location, pool and the overall "all inclusive" was great! When we arrived the room wasn't ready so they upgraded us to a room with private pool.
  : The toilet lid in the bathroom was broken. And the pool towels had a couple of stains. But the room itself was very clean. Also the sheets had a weird plastic-y smell that made it difficult to fall asleep.
