  : Location is all that is good these days
  : Dirty. Very very dirty. Blood on walls. Good on walls. Dead bugs on floor and on the dirty stove. Mattresses were dirty and had crumbs and what I think is nose excretions on them. Used wash cloth in shower. New flooring but it was so dirty and made us all so creeped out. Carpets need to go back in and to be cleaned regularly. They said they had remodelled after our last stay. I didn't see it. New linoleum does not constitute a remodel. We didn't even go to breakfast because we were so disgusted by the cleanliness. If we could have left we would. We had considered extending our stay. Thank god they didn't have availability. We used to enjoy our stays here due to 2 bedrooms available but we will never stay here again. Also dogs everywhere.

  : The facilities were extremely pleasing aesthetically and it was very easy for my handicapped wife to navigate the building and our hotel room, the location was wonderful and the facilities were beautiful.
  : There was nothing I could think of that I didn't like about this hotel, I gave it a 9 out of 10 feeling that anything can use improvement.

  : Our stay was inexpensive. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The staff was helpful when we needed assistance.
  : The hotel could use some updates and a deep clean, especially the pool area.

  : The breakfast was great! SOME of the staff was wonderful.
  : Take away the $100 deposit! Have someone check the room when you leave. We have stayed there the last 4 years and never caused any damage. So this fee was insulting to say the least. We only use the room to sleep and swim for a little each night. The first night there, there was at least 30 unsupervised kids diving head first into the pool among other bad behavior. When we mentioned it to the clerk she told us she wasn't a babysitter and shut down the pool. So no swimming our 1st night. The second day our toilet overflowed. I called immediately the guy came and plunged ( was super nice) but said he'd have housekeeping come and they never did. We also asked for an extra blanket the 1st night and was told they were all in the wash. Then the same thing on the 2nd night. So we just went and bought a blanket. The 3rd night we got in the pool and hot tub for 20 minutes when they found poop in the pool so no swimming that night either. We have stayed here the last 4 years ,every other year it was amazing. This was my worst experience ever in all my years staying at a hotel. ( And there have been some bad hotels ) but normally staff goes out of their way to make things better. I emailed the manager and she never responded.

  : The facilities, the location, and breakfast included.
  : They did not clean the rooms neither change the sheets and towels and you had to ask for toilet paper because they did not check the rooms and There was one night when we couldn't sleep because there was a party in the front room, young people shouting and slamming the door all the time until 4:00 a.m. They didn't let us sleep and nobody did anything.

  : I paid at booking for a room that sleeps 5 Plus,,Got a room with 1 bed,,,,,,when I went to the desk she said all there rooms were booked up,,,well that doesn't help with the problem,,, I had 7 of us!!!! So she did give us a fold out bed,,had to make it fit in the room,,and let one child in my bed or the floor,,,,,,We always stay at Hawthorne and never had this problem before,,,,any ways every else was passable,,our kitchen was missing dishes,,the desk said we could ask for more and they would of brought them up,,
  : Putting the trays back in the breakfast room ,so we can take it up to our room,,,there's not enough seating,,and it was terrible trying to get our breakfast carried up,,,down on the first floor a room full of kids,,,loud .noisy,,was up till about 330 am..then loud again the next day,, where were the parents?

  : There was a lot of damage in the room,which didn't bother me. I was more so worried we were going to be blamed for it so I took video and photos once we arrived
