: The breakfast was great. Stefanos the waiter was wonderful and very accommodating. But the other staff had difficulty communicating in English. There is no coffee kettle or tea in the room.
: Constantine, apparently the manager, was a very rude person. It took us one hour to check in! Because he couldn't handle more than one task at a time and in a very slow and angry manner. He was the only person handling the check in. His attitude is very unpleasant and unprofessional. He also refused to give us late check out despite the fact that he was late to have us check in but gave it to other clients.

: Beautiful location overlooking the bay. Walking distance into town. Super helpful and friendly staff. Stylish room - very comfortable. Breakfast overlooking the sea was amazing. The pontoon for swimming is awesome. Incredible place.
: It's a little bit pricey for Syros, but it is a very high quality hotel.

: The hotel is really cool and the staff are incredible, especially the manager (Micheal?). The location is perfect and the terrace and ability to swim from directly off the hotel is amazing! The breakfast is also fantastic and super generous!
: The air conditioning didn't work very well and wasn't fixed properly when we mentioned it. There was also quite a lot of noise outside on the Friday and Saturday nights.
