  : My friends and I booked this apartment for two weeks at the end of August. And one of our criterias was a washing machine and the description of the appartment indicated that it has it, but it turned out that it's a paid service, one wash costs 20 CHF. Another criteria of our choice was the announced beautiful view from the window, but this view was closed by a scaffolding and they forgot to warn us about it. Later, when we were already there, the owner said that these construction work must be done. Seriously? How about warn us about this works in advance.
