: Didnt feel safe, no security or reception person. Main door was open when i arrived at 9pm and keys for rooms just out, which anyone can come in and pick up. Dark and gloomy. You cannot tell if anyone else is in the hotel. I rang the main contact to be told i did not make them aware of when i was arriving so she left. And expected me to just sort myself out. another thing i was told i cannot have more than one pastry to take away for breakfast.

: We have chosen on booking family apartment/ double occupancy. Expected 2 bedrooms as described. Disillusioned with having just simple double. Room was cold. Long wait for warm water. Almost given up on waiting. Looks good on pictures.
