  : I booked the hotel through booking.com and was told in advance a baby crib would be prepared for us. (It wasn't in our room when we arrived and then reception acted like it was a pain to get it out). More misinformation-reception told us upon check-in that they were there to get our luggage all day the next day at check out and they'd hold it. I had also made sure of this with booking.com before. But no-wasn't true. The next morning a different person was there at reception and told us they wouldn't be there past 10:30 and our stuff could just remain in the front (NOT a holding room and not safe-anyone could have taken our belongings!). My husband had to walk all of the luggage back to the car with our baby because I had bought a ticket to a scheduled tour of the castle. Lastly, the room did not look like the room in the photos we had booked. Luckily our stay was just one night because our stay there was very disappointing and I would not recommend to others!
