  : We stayed 4 nights. We were comfortable and quite (not noisy neighbors or surrounding noise). The views are awesome. The walking path next to the beach is very nice. The flat is very big. The terrace is enormous. The kitchen is well equipped.
  : The house needs some maintenance. The glasses of the terrace were not clean, they need to clean the glasses with usual glass cleaning tools. It seems they clean them fast with a mop or cleaning cloth and they seemed very dirty. The front door is heavy to open, it needs some repairs. There are some curtains broken, they need to be replaced. The wood of the doors terrace and wood in the terrace need maintenance, they are rusty old not maintained. The sofa pillows were dirty, they need some clean or replacement. Some painting must be done in walls, etc. inside the apartment. Outside it seems it has been painted but all the drops are on the windows glasses and were not removed. the bathroom fittings need maintenance, one was to heavy to move. the shower was missing some parts of the fittings, the toilet sit was replaced by one cheap of plastic, not the original. The floor was not properly cleaned, it needs to be cleaned properly and polish.. Now it was now dull and rough in some places of the apartment. The coffee machine with capsules has one part missing (the water tank) so we could not use it. There are some lights/bulbs not working, they need to be replaced. The demotics system was annoying the fist hour until we get with the button to switch off the bip bip bip noise.. It will be nice to get some wc paper and kitchen paper.. we had to buy this staff... It would be nice to have some shower soap and champu. In general the apartment and views are very nice, but it needs a good maintenance to have a proper quality and experience. I would repeat if this maintenance is performed. The check-in was confusing, different instructions received by different channels and the lady of reception was not expecting our arrival although we sent many messages..

  : Mattress protector not fitted. Blood stains on the Mattress. Complaint made but the property managers would not supply correct size protector despite many phone calls.
