  : Can't beat the location, close to great restaurants, gas, & DONUTS. CLOSE TO PARK ENTRANCE.
  : The property doesn't have air-conditioning, but 2 Vornado fans helped make the rooms more comfortable. Our part of the cottage was the lower section with nonstop kids running upstairs. It was tolerable but if noise is a concern, you won't be happy.

  : it had nice linen and bed, sheets etc.
  : we were leaving town for the day having no reception and was told by office after calling them for toilet paper that we were out that we would have to order on line. since no reception she said she would put some on our porch that evening. she never brought any so there we are without coming in late that night. we only had 1 small spoon, light bulb burned out faucet fell off and sprayed water all over. husband was able to screw back on. trash was full so he went to take it out and the dumpster was locked so you couldn’t use it. we stayed 5 nights and and days and never was the office opened to clients to talk to them. Horrible for the price……. will never book again…..

  : The Thermostat was not working. Since it was not very cold at night, I didn't bother report it.

  : lovely view, but then there are no unlovely views I Estes Park Bed was comfortable pet friendly
  : cabin was surrounded by parking lots and very close to other cabins. futon doubled as couch was pretty uncomfortable. only one tiny bathroom for a cabin that advertised as sleeping 8.
