  : Didn't like that when we were in the room the available tv channels was disappointing to say the least. Would have liked a fridge, microwave and a coffee maker in the rooms as well.

  : The rooms say air conditioning but its a small wall air conditioner that can only run for 2 hours and not all day and its not cold. It was so hot I couldnt sleep well.

  : Lovely Rocky Mt getaway - a few miles south of Estes Park, a few miles outside RMNP entrance with lovely scenic views in a modern upscale lodge style hotel. Just what we were expecting and looking for at a price commensurate with the quality of Services, Support staff, and amenities. Hotel manager was excellent to communicate with and very welcoming upon arrival with all the key information we needed for a comfortable and quality stay. The adjoining (on property) restaurant (Twin Owls Steakhouse) was ideal for convenience after a day of hiking and satisfactory for a romantic dinner with a view, but food quality is average with attempts at aspiration relative to higher-end restaurants in surrounding Denver / Boulder metro area and as was expected from a somewhat rural to wilderness location. Locally Twin Owls is a go-to establishment for couples and families looking for elevated fare in the Mountains.
  : The morning breakfast a la carte option (included with cost of hotel room) provided 3-4 standard options to accommodate most palates, however staff was under restrict instructions (it seemed) regarding honoring some simple requests like bulk milk or cream to go with their excellent quality coffee offering. Little flavored creamers were the only thing one could get on request, even though bulk half and half and milk was available in the prep kitchen and paired with some of the food options (e.g. oatmeal / cereal). We understood staffs inability to provide but felt it to be a bit under the service quality matching the offerings for the rest of the property. Other then improvement in the on-site breakfast offering, options and kitchen services; the rest of stay and staff was polite, helpful and solid!
