  : It was clean & modern décor. The staff was attenuative & professional. They went out their way to address my every need. I did have to adjust the thermostat . It was ice cold in the room. This is not my first time at Aloft hotel. They don't disappoint.
  : Morning cook was not on time. He was very good at his job.

  : The customer service was great and very accommodating. I didn't like the room assigned because of the view ( facing the roof shingles)but was graciously reassigned to a different room when asked. I was always greeted with a smile with each encounter. The location offers lots of shopping and eatery options. There's also a bar inside the hotel if interested.
  : The rooms are just that.. rooms, no frills. There's a partition that separates the room (sink, bath and bed). The bed looks comfy but my back was in excruciating pain during the night and the next morning. There are no microwaves in the rooms just a shared on down the hall by the ice maker.

  : Two rooms were booked when I only needed one. Upon my arrival, the front desk assured me they’d canceled the room I did not need, and I received an email from the hotel confirming the cancellation of the additional room. However, I did not receive a receipt for a refund, and I am still waiting for the refund for that room. Additionally, on the last night of our stay, we returned to the hotel late and exhausted, only to find that our room keys were not working. We made two trips to the front desk to resolve the issue, but the keys still did not work. We were then asked to wait in the lobby for 20 minutes for the maintenance staff to arrive. When they did, they discovered that the card reader's battery was dead. We waited another 15 minutes for a cable to be fitted, but it did not work. After an additional 10 minutes of searching for another cable, we were told to wait for the box to charge. At this point, we were extremely tired and simply wanted to access our room.Ultimately, we wasted about an hour dealing with this issue. Fortunately, we did not have a flight to catch that night, as this would have caused significant problems.
