  : The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. There were enough towels. The refrigerator worked. The location was what we expected -- close to historic downtown but without the parking challenges of being closer. Plenty of parking (in part because there didn't seem to be many other guests).
  : 1. Apparently, this business recently changed addresses (we saw the original location with a For Sale/Lease sign outside on our way to the current address. The exterior photos on the Booking.com site are of the current site, but at least some of the interior photos are from the old address and are not representative of the room(s) you'll have when you check in, sadly. 2. The only way to access staff on the property was to call a number posted on the office door. There are no regular office hours when someone is at the desk to assist guests. 3. No cups/glasses in the room at all -- we were told if we wanted ice and cups to call the office. 4. There was a wi-fi network so we called the office and we were given a password. But the password didn't work on any of our devices (laptop, tablet, cell phones) so -- no wi-fi. 5. The TV didn't work. We called for assistance and were told to unplug, replug, reboot, remove the sim card, etc., but when none of that worked we were told the problem was the weather. It was cloudy out but not raining so that rationale did not seem plausible.
