  : On my room the door didn’t have a lock and I got stuck inside, wife has to wiggle it , to get open , other that that everything was good

  : Only 1 towel in our room and there were 2 of us.bath exhaust fan was broken.cold breakfast foods that were meant to be hot.no tv guide so we new what was on without scrolling through every channel.

  : We moved rooms three times the first night. No elevator. First room was on second floor, a queen suite where someone used strong odorous chemicals to clean, and in the A/C unit, attempting to cover cigarette smells. Too strong to be in room. Second room was on the other side of the hotel, on the main floor, a queen room, not a suite, and wasn’t clean. We got cleaning supplies from the front desk and were cleaning the room ourselves. When I returned some of the cleaning supplies, I mentioned to the front desk that I wanted to discuss a reduction in monies paid, we were then moved again to a third room that was a queen suite like we originally reserved and paid for. Third room did not smell bad and was cleaner, but there was still some trash in the closet area and holes in the walls in a few areas. Also, while there is a kitchenette, be aware to bring your own dishes, cups, silverware, pans, dish soap, etc. These items are not supplied. Also, the coffee maker in the lobby was broken and the ice maker was broken.
