  : Only a few tv channels worked. Shower needs a rubber mat to increase safety.

  : Parking is in bad condition and ugly. They told me that the city of Evanston owns and will be improving it. I have suggested that at least, the hotel paint the entrance from the parking in Holiday Inn green.

  : The breakfast was awesome the only thing I didn't like was I'm by myself I don't like sitting at Tables by myself I have anxiety and they wouldn't let me take the food to my room
  : The housekeeper made me really mad I walked out of my room and forgot my key she's standing right outside my room and I asked her to let me in she told me no I said can you leave me on the elevator she told me no I had to go to the front desk so I took the stairs I'm on the 11th floor I'm going down the stairs I get down all the doors is locked I got severe anxiety I'm trapped in the stairs I'm banging on doors nobody will open the doors I had to walk all the way back upstairs to the 11th floor and take the other side of the stairs to go down need me I'm having an anxiety attack on the stairs I'm in tears crying I told the front desk and they didn't even care

  : The location is good. The air conditioning was good. Water was hot.The people were mostly nice and efficient.
  : General appearance was run down. Had to change rooms because carpet was wet and electricity did not work properly in the room. The carpet in my second room was nasty. I couldn’t walk in the room without my shoes. Ice machines broken on more than one floor.We have stayed at this hotel for many years, and found it sadly needing upkeep.
