  : Location and view from the restaurant. My room did not have a view.
  : It was a budget room that did not match the premium price charged. The room was old and in desperate need of updating and maintenance. I was staying alone. The old fashioned bathroom handle fell off and it locked me in the bathroom. It was almost 10pm and I had to bang and scream for quite some time until the person in the next room finally woke up. If that room had been empty I would have been stuck in the bathroom all night until checkout the next day. The heater kept turning itself off, which meant a cold night. There were no facilities in the room and tea/coffee was up on another floor. Breakfast was mediocre compared to similarly priced hotels in the region.
