  : The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy and had plenty of space despite being 3 beds in one room.
  : The only thing I could fault on is the shared bathrooms outside of your room for the whole floor. Didn't feel comfortable showering and was difficult when wanting to go toilet in the nighttime

  : Nice location. Pleasant clean, fresh room. Comfortable bed. Slept well. Pleasant staff.
  : The shower head rail was completely broken so we had to hold the shower head to wash, although the water was hot as required.

  : The room is terrible and equally so is the bathroom! Needs a complete refurbishment.

Disappointing

  : Easy walking distance from rail station and city centre.
  : Really disappointed with the quality of the room which was very basic and noisy. WiFi didnt work and TV had poor signal so only one channel watchable and couldnt see the screen properly from either bed, if we turned the TV we lost that channel too. Tried to move one bed to sit on and watch tv but found that the headboard wasnt fixed to the bed, a socket was hanging out of place and plenty of dust. Shower room was small and some stains had not been cleaned from the shower curtain and wall. Beds were ok but no bedside tables or lamps and even with earplugs in I could hear every song being played from the pub downstairs, plus the sash window did very little to filter out the traffic noise from the street outside or the noise of people wandering home at 2am. Did not sample the breakfasts as not available until after 10am. Poor value for money compared to stays in hotel rooms costing a similar amount. Wouldnt recommend.
