  : NOTHING!!!!!! The entrance gave me an idea of what was in store.......but nothing prepared me for the FILTH!!! The photographs were an absolute fiction....comfortable furniture, big, white, fluffy towels, white bedding.....NOT in the place where I stayed!!! Two dirty, tatty sofas, 1 non too clean teatowel and a face cloth. I assume this was the hand drying cloth!! A strange cloth 'thing' on the draining board, tae drain the dishes I assumed.......but the real shocks awaited me upstairs.....the alarm had been removed, the light in the bedroom did not work, gaudy blue polyester mix bedding, dirty marks on the white plastic chest of drawers.The bathroom was just Amazing!!! I have NEVER seen such a FILTHY shower in all my travels home and abroard. Thick black slime on each part of the cubicle, scruffy brown towels, all three different, the largest one with pulled threads, flesh crawling grubby!! A notice asking people not to wash their dogs in the shower...I would Not have even dried my dog on the towels had I had one there....sadly I had to!!! Even the small basin was cracked and devoid of a plug!!!! Grubby toilet. I paid 160 for this Disgusting, Uncomgortable Dump!!!!

  : Central to town and parking just outside. Shower was fine and there is plenty of wardrobe space in the bedroom. Eyemouth itself is a nice little fishing village with a few decent places to eat/drink and some nice walks nearby. Its worth a visit just dont stay in The Old Coach House. Check in easy enough collect keys from pub opposite staff we spoke to were helpful.
  : Downstairs in the apartment is in need of a total makeover. Two settees in the living area are filthy, they need to head for the tip. Rings on the cooker wouldnt heat up enough to boil eggs. At least the microwave worked. Rug on the floor dirty and stained. Outside is also in need of a clean. Overall not a good experience and really cant recommend a stay here to anyone unless you intend to use the settees as dog beds. Very rare we post negative reviews and with changes and improvements the place would probably be ok. Until that happens then avoid.
