  : Excellent location, so close to train station (3 mins) and the shops and restaurants. Very comfortable, clean room. There was a nice area in the basement for guests to eat their own food.
  : Would have liked a fridge. I wish someone had explained how the basement eating area worked. I didnt know about it initially, and it wasnt clear how it was to be used until another guest explained it to me.

  : The automatic check-in was nightmare. Everyone was struggling in front of the machine. There was one phone number which was reachable at the end. Horrible experience. Room was just basic, it was expensive if you think what you paid and what room you got. Shower water pressure is so bad, we could barely shower.

  : The heater wasn't working. I didn't find anyone to help, not in the afternoon, not even in the morning, when I left the hotel. I had to sleep in a cold room during the winter. The room is old and it wasn't very clean, although it wasn't too dirty. The mattress is hard and noisy.

  : When checking into the room, there was no option to avoid the fee of parking a car. My friend and I took the train and walked from the station so we did not have a car to park. But the check in process would not go through unless we added the parking fee. I emailed the contact to get a refund and then reached out again. Never got a response. I dont know if this review will make them reach out but I think its really poor customer service to not respond back to a customer but then ask them to leave a review for your place.

  : Beautiful building, very clean. Nice decorations and very close to city center. Nice bathroom.

  : The location was good in relation to the centre. The single room was good in size. The bathrooms were very stylish and chique! In general the bathroom facilities were quite good, seems to be made up in a modern way recently.
  : The check in and check out process was supposed to be done over an automated system but it wasn't able to find our reservation on either try so had to bother a disinterested employee (?) at check in and just left at check out. Double room was too small for two people, barely any room to move. Heating systems didn't seem to work too well (in the double room), heating in the single room was fine. 1 hour before check out there was a knock on the door by the cleaner - was not great, since if we didn't answer the cleaner would be coming in at an indecent time. If the room is known to be checked out from, there is no need to do that before the check out time. Tv being connected to the wifi could also have been a good touch.

  : We were given a really nice room that had an outdoor seating area. I don't think it was what we booked because it slept 3. The bathroom had been redone with some beautiful tile and we very happy to find that the wardrobe included some extra blankets and a kettle. There is no reception area but the staff were quick to communicate by messaging. They held our luggage for us after check-out time. The location was perfect for us and I only wish we could have stayed longer than 1 night. The hotel is a great value.
