  : On my last day of my second week there I was going to book again but slept in since I had a 3 day weekend off from work so informed the desk attendant that I have booked again and she informed me that I will have to come down to enter my card into the machine although they had it on file already. I told her that I would be down after I get out of the bathroom and 10 minutes later the manager attempted came into my room but couldn’t enter due to the security lock which startled me because I was in the bathroom! I was appalled and told her that I had booked already and informed the attendant that I would be down once I’m out of the bath. When I came down I scolded the manager and told her she was inappropriate for trying to enter my room and she called the police on me. Thankfully the officers were understanding and didn’t fault me once I explained my side and they asked me what did I want to do and I informed them that I wanted a refund and will not be staying there any longer! They assisted me with my things and I left that property! The other staff were nice and would greet me every morning on my way out to work and upon my return. That manager was unprofessional and racist if you ask me.
