  : The staff was nice the location was good
  : When we first got there the beds were made with no sheets. The molding was falling off the wall, the room had an odor and the AC wasn't working well. After asking for the sheets we were given enough for 1 bed. We made the bed and I started to get a shower and saw something on the wall. We ended up killing 4 roaches in this room. We requested a refund but couldn't figure out how to get in touch with booking.Com and was told that was how we had to go about it. We agreed to a room on a different floor and moved. The AC worked better in the second room but we were given no towels and had to wait for the laundry to be done in order to have towels. The floors were so sticky you couldn't go without shoes and we ended up killing another bug. When checking out the front desk said they have been treating for bugs weekly. I was very upset and felt trapped because I couldn't get a refund and go to another hotel.

  : The hall and the elevator are full of cooking smell's because they have many long term residents who have been living there for years due to their poor background check history. I saw around 10 children aged between babies to no more 10 years old showing on and off the elevator while the staff showing me their rooms. In the evening, the staff yelling to the whole building to have a curfew-like time. Several people gathered outside the front entrance but the staff denied it was a government shelter. Anyway, it’s Not what I expected from a hotel.
