  : The room was not clean. It has been difficult to find it as there was no proper reception.

  : I didn't have breakfast. I liked the modern look of the inside of the room, and especially the bathroom. I would have felt very different about the whole experience if the shower drain had worked properly, and if the A/C had worked properly. The internet worked fine, but it was just very aggravating to try and figure out what the password was in order to connect!
  : 1. I had incredible difficulty getting the password to the WiFi. There was no written notice in the room, and the employee working at the gift shop (which I was TOLD was effectively the Reception area: very strange!) had no idea what it was, but he made a couple of guesses, which were incorrect. I came back later, and an old man in the Gift Shop asked if he could help. But when I asked him for the password, he said he couldn't help, and to come ask 'the women' later, in the restaurant. I had to come back a third time to actually get the correct password. 2. When I turned on the A/C upon arriving at my room, it worked VERY SLOWLY. And the controller didn't seem to have any effect on its settings. When I went back to the employee in the Gift Shop, instead of coming up to look at it, he just changed the battery. That seemed to help the controller to change the setting, but the unit only recirculated cool area SLOWLY. It took quite a while for the room to become comfortable. This didn't seem reasonable, even though it was a hot day. 3. When I took a shower, the water drained VERY SLOWLY, if at all. Soon enough, it backed up into the main floor area of the bathroom. Yes, there was a drain there, but it was also where I needed to walk when I finished showering! Very inconvenient.

  : The accomodation is really close to the beach And bus stop. Its meat to Faliraki centre, shops, markets, bars, restaurants. This was really good.
  : The one of person Who is working for Accomodation wasnt helpful at all. In the description About the accomodation, writes that they offer breakfast - buffet. It wasnt like that at all. The breakfast was in near restaurant and included: 2 toasts, one piece of ham, cheese, few pieces of vegetable, small croissant, boiled egg, coffee and juice. And They offer the same breakfast every day. So Its not exactly like in description. The room doesnt look like in the picture at all.

  : Everything was great. It is a closet nice place, 5 min walk from the beach, suitable for families.
  : The photos show 1 bed room apartment, we actually got 1 studio.

  : Cose to the beach, 50m, close to the crazy central street with bars and loud music, but not close enough to here the noise. Big rooms , plenty of space, a smal kitchinette with basic staff, good barhroom. It's a very convenient place to stay considering central location, distance to the beach and facilities. Plenty of parking spaces nearby.
  : Do not have reception, we take the key from the nearby supermarket. Overall it's not a minus but i wanted to mention it for future guest.

  : Close to the beach; comfortable bed. Provides the basics what is advertized online.
  : Cleanliness: in and under the bed and all around the floor black hair of previous guests. Cleaning schedule: at first the cleaning personal came between 6 PM to 9 PM, exactly the time one would come back from beach, shower, or have dinner. Afterwards they came in the morning, waking us from our sleep - if you ask them to come later, that most of the times leads to no cleaning that day/no fresh bedlinen or towels.Arrival time: if you can, always give a precize arrival time - there is no constant front office and we made the mistake of providing an hour long time range of arrival, not knowing how accurately the flights are - we ended up waiting then 45 mins in front of the building till someone arrived. And no; the phone number provided on booking.com leads to a machine, not answered by anyone.Lamps in the room: there is a security/safety green lamp in the room, which is constantly on, making the room at night as light as at daytime. Curtains are also super useless, you get to see the first sun in the morning as well.The floor in the shower is simply asphalt.It is not the most expensive place that is true. And the problem is not what it provides but rather in what quality and standards.

  : The property was well located in Faliraki, close to the beach and some small shops. You could also walk a little bit longer to get to some supermarkets and other beaches on the island. Property had everything I needed for 5 days, and the room was pretty clean and comfortable.Mike the host came and met me late which was so nice, as my flight was delayed. Very accommodating.
  : The bathroom wasnt clean and had slimy mould in it, the bathroom also smelled like mould too which went through the room. I had to clean it myself, as I arrived late and wanted a shower. The cleaners also didnt seem to do much cleaning of the bathroom as I could tell there were still mouldy bits left uncleaned each day.
