  : I loved the weather
  : I booked an apartment but I was given a one bedroom studio. I had to pay extra for using air conditioning, hair dryer and a ironing. I told the owner regarding that I booked the apartment but they totally ignored me..... It was the worst accommodation that I've stayed....

  : I had a great experience at farkia exclusive studios. The girl at the reception was super friendly, helpful and patient. The inside of the apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. Large terraces are present as well to enjoy the view. Valuable place for the price.

  : Unfortunately we had an horrible experience at Farkia studios. We have been there for 8 days in June/July. The location is far from Old town and the beach and quiet isolated however if you rent a car like we did you can reach everywhere easily. Pro - friendly staff, family run business, very willing to help Contros - On arrival toilet did not flush which was very inconvenient, got "fixed" in 2 hours however broke again the day after and took a while to get fixed later that day. - There was no soap or shampoo in toilet. Overall floor and surfaces were slightly dirty. - There is very limited space where to put clothes and we had to leave them in the suitcase. - Rooms do not have daily cleaning service. Towels,toilet rolls and room get cleaned every 3 days. However our room was cleaned only once in 8 days. The floor was left dirty. We had to ask for toilet rolls which was not what you would expect from a "hotel". - The place is full of crickets. I would not recommend anyone to spend holidays here.

  : I liked the fact that it had air conditioning , wifi , hot water and we were able to use the pool bar of the hotel next door which is part of the Jet2holidays. It was clean and quiet. The hotel was about a 20 minute walk from the main part of Faliraki, which was fine for us. We booked really last minute so they took our payment when we arrived. It is not the usual style of accommodation that we would stay in but for the price we paid in the summer holidays you can't fault it . If you want cheap and cheerful with the basics then i would recommend staying here, especially as you have the use of the pool of the next door hotel.
  : I would say the only thing that was an issue but not a really bad issue was that the shower cubicle was quite small.
