: Great stylish place with good location, close to the beach and a lot of shops are around. Also at the corner you may find so atmospheric local cafe (in the evening is very popular through locals). We had cleaning every third day, changing towels and linens. AC was new, was working well. Free parking and some balcony to hang out with friends. Place is designed with taste, but toilet and shower are made from glass, so its better fits for couples :) And it looks the same as on photos. Next time I would definitely book this place one more time, highly recommend.
: Everything was great, maybe its better to add more kitchen supplies (but it wasnt problem for us as we were going out all the time)

: The room is great: very spacious, modern and comfortable. It also has a big terrace in front.Great value for money.
: There is no self check-in policy, no reception, no staff present and it is a challenge to get someone to answer the phone number listed for the property, which makes the check-in and check-out an awful experience.

: Great location - on the shady side overlooking the gardens on 2nd floor so no noise from above , sea view (just) from the balcony, 5 minutes walk from a good supermarket, local bar on the corner , 5 minutes walk to the harbour and beautiful beaches and Tavernas
: The kitchen could have been a little better equipped, e,g. no coffee pot...... but who cares

: The apartment is close to the beach and the center of Faliraki. its clean and modern and theres enough space for a comfortable stay. it has a nice balcony as well. I was traveling solo and the apartment was perfect for a few relaxing days. The check-in is at the Kouros hotel (10 mins walk). The staff was super nice, when I arrived the apartment was not ready yet so I waited at their pool area and got a free drink. When checking out I could enjoy their breakfast and they helped me with transport to the airport. I would definitely recommend!

: The studio was stylish about 10-15 minute walk from the beach. The staff that checked us in was friendly. They cleaned the studio and changed towels once in a week. The bed was comfortable, the room had storage drawers in the bed and the bathroom had a hairdryer.
: The tv didnt work and wasnt fixed when we raised it with the receptionist. All the toilet and shower room doors and walls were made of see through glass and not sound proofed - a bit awkward for us even after years of marriage :-D We wouldnt stay there again for that reason. The room had no iron and ironing board.
