  : Clean and well presented.Staff on the whole where very good, some younger staff clearly did not enjoy there job.
  : The spa is new very nice but already some of the switches do not work or where missing. However staff where superb.

  : Spa lodge 1 was beautiful as were the spa facilities and restaurant. Proximity to the beach was great
  : Our initial room was a little dated and gloomy but we were given a lovely one with no fuss when we mentioned it wasn’t what we had expected.

  : - Our bedroom and bathroom was dirty on arrival - We were out all day and as leaving housekeeping keeping were cleaning next door to us, but then didn’t come to our room until 4/5hrs later when we were arriving back. - The walls are paper thin - could hear all of next doors conversation - We had seagulls nesting outside the room so they were incredibly loud. This wouldn’t have been as bad if the room had a fan or aircon, but it didn’t so we had to have the window open and they woke us up each morning at the crack of dawn.- Even with the window open it was boiling! No offer to have fans.- The facilities were very basic.- The room we had booked wasn’t what we got. Our room had an old and not modern bathroom, when this is what we thought we were getting from the photos.- We said we were coming from our honeymoon and there was no efforts to make this special for us. - There was no interaction from staff whilst in the hotel and there was no experience, in comparison to other hotels we’ve been to.- The facilities were basic- Breakfast wasn’t great and nothing was clean- In the spa (which is an additional £40 pp) the flip flops and dressing downs had been worn (when held out to be clean), and it took me to go through 6 lockers before getting ones without dirt/hairs on- Incredibly disappointed
