  : Location was excellent with a short walk into Falmouth and fab views of the Harbour. The kitchen was really well equipped with plenty of utensils and crockery.
  : A map of the property location within Packet Quay would help. The check in time of 5pm meant it was dark on arrival and were looking for Toby's Quay which doesn't exist on any signs. The Property is actually No17 Jane's Court. There are numerous properties in Packet Quay and several residents we asked had never heard of Toby's Quay. Parking is very restricted. The allocated space in the garage is very tight with height restricted to 6'6" so 4x4 drivers will struggle. Also there are no visitor spaces and parking in nearby Falmouth is a nightmare. Be prepared for a long walk. The property was cold on arrival and the underfloor heating is non adjustable, so we ended up having to use the portable heaters all week. We haven't had a lot of luck with winter stays generally when the Owner sets the heating controls.
