  : It was pretty when you walked In but that’s as far as we got!
  : Where do I even begin!!! I booked this hotel at 10:30am. We drove 13 hours today, to stay as this really highly rated hotel. When we walked in we were greeted by the front desk lady. I told her I was checking in and she asked for my name, and proceeded to say, I can’t see your reservation our system hasn’t been working for the last 4 hours. I then told her that I booked mid morning. She then proceeded to say that it’s been since yesterday. She said I could make another reservation but the one I did on bookings wasn’t refundable. After waiting for 20 minutes for her to talk to a manager she proceeded to tell me that I had to call bookings and have them give me a credit card over the phone. In order to rebook!!! Which made absolutely no sense to me as well! She could give me another room and charge me again but couldn’t see my reservation that was confirmed? I ended up calling bookings for help on how tocancel this reservation as we were trying to find another place to stay we found a great hotel next door. The lady I talked to with bookings was incredible, she talked to the lady I talked to at the front desk and she proceeded to tell her that she could see my reservation. Why she wouldn’t let us check in is beyond me! The Booking Customer Service lady said that she was really rude to her as well. Thank goodness we got our money back! Lastly, if you’ve booked with bookings a lot then you also know that they have to confirm your reservation before you’re able to stay at that hotel. Which was confirmed this morning, so for her “system” to be down and can’t see my reservation and trying to make me pay twice seems pretty dang sketchy to me!!!
