: Excellent reception, kitchen fully equipped and the apartment was clean and cosy. All instructions (i.e. rubbish disposal, wi-fi, check out timing etc.) were clear and well explained by the host.
: We were very satisfied by the overall experience at Boa Vista. It would have been perfect if there was a bar and/or a small supermarket close by or in the residence area.

: The appartement was spacious, clean and very well situated. We were two minutes away from the beach.We had a great time. Roberta, our host, showed us great hospitality and provided great service!I will definitely go back.

: Great location. Restaurant and bar directly across the street. Good size for a large family. Host was very nice and did his best to help us during our stay.
: We were very disappointed in the state of the apartment. Basement apartment with no air circulation and very damp. A/C did not perform well. No dehumidifiers. Air quality was very bad. Beds were damp. Pool was not operational. WIFI did not work.

: Lido Burrone is beautiful but go early in morning or overcrowded in Aug
: If you have transport the location is great, but without you are at the mercy of unresponsive taxi services. The staff is a local travel agency, both ladies super helpful but they were only the receptionists when it came to the property. The property itself is subterrain and simply bad, needs renovation as one of two showers splashes the wall, beds are not comfortable, in the kitchen you could not cook if you wanted, the wall sockets are coming out of the wall, and it smells mouldy and stale....and most importantly if you are dependent on WiFi or phone reception to check in with the office, forget it. OK if you know upfront fine, but if it is part of the booking description then that os not fine for the very high price I paid and I contacted the manager off the Island for compensation and still have no response...... really sad and bad customer service.
