  : We liked the location.
  : The hotel was undergoing a remodel and we could see why when we arrived. This hotel is old and was in a big need of a facelift. The rooms were comfortable but the bathrooms were old and run down. The showers were pretty dirty and aged and we didn’t shower because of the condition. The toilets were old as well and the lids were loose and worn indicating they were many years old. Perhaps after the remodel this hotel will be worth staying at again but there are many options in Fayetville for the same price that are much nicer. The breakfast was not good. I’m not sure if it was lasagna that was being served for breakfast but saw many people open the buffet lid only to discover something that didn’t look appetizing and closed the lid in search of something else. As a result we went somewhere else for breakfast. It didn’t work out for us for the price.

  : I have stayed at the property before, it is close to the University.
  : The front desk clerk was very abrasive. I checked in online and was aware the rooms are not ready until 3 pm. I arrived to the property a little early. I advised the front desk clerk I know I’m early but I wanted to see if my room was available. She advised me if the system allows you to check in on line, that means your room if available. I advised her it is showing pending ( something like that) it didn’t advise me the room was available and I had no digital key. She asked if I requested as digital key I should have one. Once her saw her manager ( i presume he was a manager) she changed her tone. I encountered the same front desk clerk the next day (Saturday) due to the sink was leaking from the hot water knob, rudely she said I will have to call maintenance as they don’t work on Saturdays. After I returned to my room , my sink was still leaking.When you are working with the public, customer service is very important.

  : We booked the hotel because it said it had a hot tub. When we got there, the hot tub had been taken out. And we canceled our reservation our credit card list are charged.
