  : The lady who checked us in didn’t know what she was doing and it took 4 hrs to check in the room. She ruined the end of the day for my wife’s birthday ; we missed our dinner plans, it was horrible. The lady who I spoke with in the morning advised me that the girl normally works the night shift, never charged the original card for three reservations which prevented her from securing the security deposit for the room. The machine was declining my card bc she hadn’t processed the transaction correctly. She had me on the phone with my bank and credit card companies thinking it was something wrong and all the while it was operator error. I would appreciate a full refund for the inconvenience. I had to take $200 of cash and give it to her for a deposit, only for her to say we really aren’t supposed to take cash; then why was that an option ? The entire express terrible and it was unfair to my wife to have her birthday ruined by incompetence.

  : The hotel was remodeled.
  : The bed comforter had blood on it. A lot of hair all over the floor. The drain in the shower was broken and would drain really slow. Also a lot of hair in the bathroom on the floor and towels.

  : We liked the friendly staff, quiet & clean rooms and common sitting area and the breakfast was excellent! The pool area was beautiful and the water was refreshingly warm.
  : The coffee bar was out of coffee and the water jug was dripping all over the counter and floor. The lobby bar area was never open. We would have like more seating (a table and chairs or another chair) in our room. Who wants food crumbs on the bed.

  : Great location next to restaurants and shopping breakfast was decent
  : They are short staffed on housekeeping, so they do not clean the room every day. They also had issues with the TV. They had to come swap it out.
