  : Good location, food ok.
  : The hair drier worked for 30 seconds and died. I could never dry my hair. It was tiny and poor. The toilet was leaking. The beds on the wheels? Why? They were always moving away from each other making a big hole between me and my husband. We brought sand on our feet from the sea to our room and there was no shower or anything to wash it off before entering the territory of the hotel.

  : Location was good to local shops and restaurants. Cala d'or is beautiful
  : Room air con was very noisy. Ants in the room and beds. Not cleaned even when requested. Falsely advertised with 2 restaurants (buffet and a la carte) and when queried the staff advised there is now no a la carte since 2020. No show cooking as advertised. Limited food options if you don't like theme nights. Snacks poor. No lifts in the buildings. Rooms needs refurbished. Very dated and run down. Drinks on all inclusive were very poor quality.

  : The reception area is bright and welcoming and the staff were very helpful and efficient. Overall, the service was excellent. Our rooms were spacious but a little dated (although it appears that a facelift is underway for next season). There are numerous pools but they were all very cold in October. Pool towels are provided. The beach is very close and it's beautiful with soft, white sand and crystal-clear water. Overall, the food was pretty good: the buffet is varied and we enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast. My daughter really enjoyed the activities and the slides.
  : The beds were not comfortable - it was the end of the season and the mattresses had not fared well. The toiletries dispensers in the bathroom were useless. It was impossible to get more than a dribble to come out of them. We were a bit disappointed with the quality of the drinks. We didn't expect premium spirits but the cocktails were made with strange bottled mixes that made them too sweet and quite unpleasant. The wine was so bad that it was undrinkable and there's really no excuse for that in Spain. We had a problem with ants in our rooms. The cleaner sprayed something to kill them but the dead ants remained for the duration of our stay. The cleaning of the rooms was a bit hit and miss. "Cleaning" appeared to mean making the bed and changing the towels - the sink was not wiped and the floor wasn't cleaned. When I moved the sofas on the last day to check that we hadn't forgotten anything, I found an empty vape canister, a broken pencil, some chips, and thousands of dead ants - the room had clearly not been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival.

This does stop the early morning bed snatchers albeit there was still the odd few. We spent our time at the beach pool much nice than the main pool
  : Not a hotel as you would be expecting. It is actually a complex of apartment blocks. Our room was clean and functional but nothing to right home about.In the one bedroom we had twin beds on wheels pushed together which of course when sharing with a partner move around. The spare duvet covers in the top of the wardrobe had no covers on and were heavily stained. Our 2 children had a sofa bed each in the living room.We were all inclusive but only had breakfast everyday and food from the snack bar at lunch it was the same everyday edible but not amazing.No cocktails available at the beach pool / snack bar only beer spirits & soft drinks At the main bar/pool you can get your cocktails tequila sun rise sex on the beach usual drill but again not fantastic the mojito was undrinkable and strawberry daiquiris you need to be more all inclusive than all inclusive. The grounds/pathways around the apartments could all do with a good tidy up Overall we had a good time it does the job but I wouldnt consider it to be 4*

  : Noisy water pipes all night, sounded like running taps, so no sleep on first night . Reported at 5 am, half fixed next day but clanging remained , got used to it :)
