  : The apartment is very nice. There are a lot of small restaurants in the neighbourhood, a kind of a maze from the middle ages. The house looks old from the outside and is modern on the inside. There is a communal garden. The airconditioning was fine.
  : The parking, that was also used by the family has a narrow door and costs 15 euro per day. It is 350 metres from the apartment by foot but 1 km by car because of the one way traffic.The bikes were offered for free to us, but they made a lot of noise. The towels had a poor quality. The train station is more than 2 km from the apartment, but the station has a guarded bike storage. A lot of museums were closed because of Covid-19.

  : The location is practically not reachable for bigger vans (VW-Bus, Mercedes V-Class etc etc ). Very difficult!
  : Completely unclean! In my many years of traveling, never saw something dearty than that apartment. Rated with 9.4! Pubichairs, normal hairs in the bathrooms everywhere. Old fat on the oven and on wall. Rests of food all around the kitchen, living room. Bidet still wet and uncleaned, pubichairs inside. Toilets sealed with a hygenic tape, saying it is sanitised. After opening the Toilet lid, also pubichairs all around, dried yellow urine. Disgusting! The towels still wet and also hairs and dirt inside. Bed in 2nd bedroom fully covered with a duvet. Underneath you could see, someone had already slept there. Used already. Everyone was voting maximum for the cleaness. That is Outrageous!And now please read through this carefully:We told the staff about the situation. They apologized and went for cleaning the next day after our check in. We sent them pictures accordingly. Now guess what happened the next day:We received an email from booking. Saying "please confirm your "NO SHOW" in gold apartment Ferrara!Now I'll tell you something about that particular mail. I'm a customer of booking, as well. I do rent 48 beds right now through booking. I'm pretty familiar about the procedures with booking. Claiming a "no show" of a customer doesn't happen accidentally. You need to log in to the booking-Extranet, you need to choose the specific booking of the customer, then you need to use a drop down menu and select "no show" of that customer. This is the only way!What does a "no show" mean now.... ?1.st: The fee that we already payed in advance to the lessor of the apartment will not be invoiced by Booking.com. So the lessor does not pay his duties to the agency he works with. The agency he has a contract with. He betrays his partner.2.nd: Someone who booked as a no-show will not be valued through Booking.com and this effects the status of the booker.3.

  : Property is very close to the main center, but enough off the beaten path that is was very quiet, especially at night. The apartment is spacious (good for a family or 2 couples as there are 2 good-sized bathrooms) and was generally clean. Check-in and out was flexible and hosts were responsive. There is a private garage available for parking for an extra fee. The apartment has a pleasant shared courtyard where during warmer months you can enjoy a glass of wine.
  : From the photos shown and for the price, I expected the apartment to be a bit more luxurious than we ultimately found it to be. It is the little things that can take a property from being "okay" to an exceptional experience, and sadly those details were missing. The beds, while comfortable, were equipped with ill-fitting bed sheets that (a duvet cover used as a bottom sheet instead of a fitted for example, and no extra blanket in a transitional season). The bath towels were quite worn out and too small for adults when showering. There were no paper towels/napkins for the kitchen, and although there was a coffee maker, there were no pods. (Note: the hosts did provide the coffee pads and blankets promptly when asked). Lighting was outdated and bulbs were burned out in one of the bedrooms. While none of these things individually is a big deal, they are the kinds of touches and way of anticipating the guests needs that one expects when renting an apartment at that price point. I think the hosts would be well served by encouraging a bit more attention to detail from the cleaning staff between guests as well as an upgrade of the linens

  : A perfect apartment in the old town. 5 min from all the buzz, shops and with restaurants just outside. Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom nicely decorated and with everything you need.Coffee machine with pods, that the landlord Luca generously refilled without charging. He was also so helpful and gave all kinds of tips. The dogs were welcome!

  : Great location, good facilities and spacious. Really helpful people too. We loved Ferrera.
  : The air con is not very powerful and we had a few issues with the electric but it didnt impact our stay. We would still come back. Could do with some extra bits in the kitchen.
