  : Overall it was a great stay but when I had a visitor come by my room when I went to walk my guess out to their car we noticed that all my visitors car windows were smashed out and stuff was stolen.
  : I like the fact that I had two queen-size beds so I had double the pillows it was a nice comfy bed and it was clean.

  : Our flight was delayed five hours so we emailed the hotel with the updated times of arrival. When we arrived they had canceled our reservation because we didn’t call them. Nowhere did it state that we had to call them and they have an option on the website to update times of arrival. If they’re aren’t going to accommodate there shouldn’t be an option to set your own time and have it stated to call them personally for any issues similar to a flight delay.

  : Just one staff who always has a attitude and rude. She thinks people have to kiss her ass or else and that's ridiculous. Told us we had to move out the room we had been staying in because it was a nicer room and for people coming from out of town for a few days

  : The lady at the front desk who has the long dark hair was nice. The property was close to the freeway and located close to restaurants and stores. I'm glad there was a chain to securely lock the door. Online it looked like a good Inn with good clean rooms. This is not an Inn. This is more like a step below a Motel 6. This is not a "like" but there wasn't enough room in the section for what I didn't like. At check out they make you wait for someone to go check out your room before they give you your cash deposit back. I understand why they have this policy because it appeared that the majority of their guests are shady and are there for illegal acts rather than a nice, safe place to stay; which this was not as a result. My suggestion would be to hire security for the property, clean up the rooms so the price matches what guests think they're getting, and make the check in/ lobby experience a welcoming, helpful experience. I know that might be a hard thing with the fact that the semitruck parking lot next door is Niwas truck parking lot too.
  : When we got there, there was a few sketchy individuals hanging out between a car in the parking lot and the lobby. Inside there was a guy with a cute puppy (pet free location) that was lounging and possibly sleeping in a chair. There was a lady who was at the counter that was saying she needed an inhaler because she had asthma and the heat was giving her an asthma attack. One of the front desk ladies (blonde one) was calling 911 to get her medical assistance but the lady didn't want an ambulance, she wanted an inhaler. The front desk lady (long dark hair one) offered her water. I let the lady use my inhaler. After she used it, literally a minute after, when we could hear the sirens, the lady left and went into the semitruck parking lot next door.When I got to check in, they told me there was a $60 cash deposit needed to get the room. This was not on the booking site or on their website. Most people don't carry cash on hand when traveling so this is necessary information to include for guests who are booking online. I got my parking pass and keys to the room but I was not told that the free breakfast was at 6am to 9am. Usually at check in other places tell you the amenities offered and how to access them. I was also not told about their wifi, ice or vending machines location either.The room smelled like lysol and stale cigarettes. The flooring was the stick on vinyl that looks like wood but it wasn't sticking to the surface underneath. So when we walked on the bubbled up surface it clicked and popped. The bathroom area was the worst. The towels were stained and thin. Hair in the tub. The beds were worn down and squeaky. The blankets were thin and pointless. The pillows were lumps of uneven polyester fiberfill with rips and tears under the pillow cases that were put on inside out. The blankets were also with holes and so tattered that even houseless people probably wouldn't use them. The TV has mostly Spanish speaking channels.

  : The lamp in room was broke. The person in room downstairs had 2cameras in window, one pointing at my car and the other directly at me as I went down the stairs. They weren't pointing at his own door!

  : The price is reasonable and swipe from room to is quick like lightening
  : Small accusations of a towel missing ! Later on it was solved by the gentleman , manager “he just whispered to receptionist that is minor give them the 60 dollar deposit “ . Thanks to the manager and be blessed more. You kindness will reach miles . When your trip or plane is cancelled the family go through a lot more than a towel!!!!!!!
