  : Very poor service mind. We had a dinner and were very unpleasant. We could not order drinks until we get the appetizer since one of the server was not even trying to come nearby us or take care about it. We were the only Asian in that dinner and I felt some kind of racism on this since this guy was behaving ok in other tables talking and smiling. The server never said sorry that night, by the way. The worst experience was the dessert. Kids menu had ice cream but he said nothing left and my child has to take other dessert. My kids really like ice cream and he was trying very hard to finish his dishes to have the last one, ice cream, and the server said nothing left for him and whether he can take other one. My kid was almost bursting but he had to take other one. After some time the server came back again having the ice cream saying that there were some. Again he never said sorry in any case and I was thinking myself whether this guy is so crazy that he's enjoying this kind of situation, making fun of other people.Checking out was terrible experience as well. After paying our stay, we complained this to the manager. I believe he was the owner of the hotel. He said that 'What else can I do for you other than saying sorry? I already said sorry for 5 times' We were trying to tell our bad experience and want to hear his 'real sorry' and some kind of sympathy, not 'so what should I do?' kind of words. He also complained his business to me saying that this kind of hotel and tourism will be gone since people does not want to work. Why should I hear his complain? I don't understand. We did not have this kind of experience in other hotel in Austria so far, however our family had very bad feeling from this experience.

  : The staff were extreemly nice and pleasant. The spa is really good. Location wise is not right in the center, but has a wonderful view of village and mountains. There are even sunbeds outside to enjoy the good weather and the view.Very clean hotel. The food is excellent, and we really enjoyed every meal.:)
  : Breakfast starts at 7:30 am which is inconvenient given that Filzmoos is famous for hiking and starting hiking early especially in the summer time.The owner was not willing to accommodate us with a bit earlier starting time of the breakfast instead we have received the lunch bag the night before. Other hotels were willing to make that kind of exception for people in our hiking group. On the positive side, the rest of the staff were really understandable and accommodated us at least with the coffee 15 minutes earlier. :)

  : Great location, kind staff, good restaurant, well equipped gym.
  : Smoking is allowed in the balcony, so we were suffering from smoke and smell coming from neighbouring balcony in a place where we expected fresh air.

  : Gorgeous view and structure. Excellent spa facilities Comfy beds and a big room with lots of mirrors. A lot of food in the evening.
  : Sound isolation is non existent. Guests making noise all night and cleaners start they job early. You hear clearly people using WC next door.Restaurant is cramped. You have no place to put your elbows . Guests who can not park decent.
