  : I did not like anything about the property. They turned off hot water after 10am . There were no kettles in the room and when we asked for it they were pretty irritated. The receptionist litrely throw the pen at us when we were asked to fill out the registration process . Our stay was included with the breakfast they had just given us 2 eggs and bread with juice which was in a tiny glass .

  : I had to leave this hotel on my first day as the conditions were horrible.
  : I had a very unpleasant experience with the staff and the hotel. First of all, upon arrival, the reception was closed and nobody was waiting for me between 10-11 pm in the evening, however, the arrangement was made in advance that there would be someone to check me in during that time. In addition, the communication with this hotel by email was horrible - I had to call them instead. The hotel staff left a note and the key near reception but on the note, there was the wrong name and surname and I wasn't sure if it was for me or another person. I tried to contact staff by phone but there was no answer. Then, I had to text on WhatsApp on the hotel number and explain everything that happened to me hoping that someone would reply me. After a while, the hotel staff unpolitely replied to me: "What is your problem?". I was very annoyed by their first message but eventually, they said that the key was left for me. Secondly, the room was very dirty: dust was everywhere, dusty remote control, TV, and bedside tables. There were stains on the bed linen, blood drops on a pillowcase. The bathroom was very tiny and uncomfortable: dirt and dust were on the mirror, white stains on the sink tap and around the sink area, there were yellow stains in the shower everywhere, the shower head was completely broken and the water was coming out from the broken shower pipe, and the bathroom door was dirty with blood or lipstick and dark spots all over. I had to make a complaint to Booking com straight away, report the hotel, ask for a refund and look for another place to move into. The following day, a hotel staff member came to the room, apologised for all my complaints and asked me to not report him as he would be in trouble - this was really disgraceful and unprofessional. I left the hotel in the morning.

  : NOTHING sign for bar no bar. Pool was tiny no place to sit. Breakfast appalling. A couple got the same amount of food as a single person a couple had to share. Bed was low and hard. Shower small and wet the whole bathroom water did no drain away. When you got up during night you walked in water
