  : The location was perfect and breakfast area was clean and good.
  : I didn't like that we asked for early check in and we had to be at event at the time we could check in. The first room given to me and my parents was a room with holes in curtains and cuts like someone slashed them. There rust on corner of bathroom and entry way. The walls walls was running with brown and white fluid down them. So we asked to be moved to a better room. Which, they man moved to the third floor which felt like no air. We had walk down the hall and then another long hall before getting to the room. Which was no better than the first one. There hair on the floor and floor was buckling and discolored a long with rust lamp and dirty sheets. My parents who are 72 and 67 was to exhausted to go up down. They had one working elevator which made it difficult to get to our room. I have never stayed in place that wasn't updated on the rooms. Cleanliness is must and I felt sick of wasn't for having to officiate a wedding I would left. Then they charged us for parking and parking is listed as free. There was not gate that was closed off it was open parking lot . The website didn't even say anything about being charged for parking. This is unacceptable when customers are paying for an expensive room that is already damaged and have the audacity to charge for a damage fee when the stuff that needs to be fixed is still broken. There was food behind the night stand and substance that I don't even know but it wasn't clean. Due to having walk so far the didn't want to leave but we checked out at 5:30am which the desk clerk wasn't pleasant at all. To only state that we getting five dollar charge for parking and no receipt cause the have check the room. Well, some should checked before they put us in dirty room. With damages already done to the room and not even clean. I was very hurt that I had experience this with my parents. I have booked plenty of hotels and this is the first one I can say I will not return at all under no...
