  : We had a 2 bedroom apartment. While basic, it had everything we needed. Views across the field to the mountains were lovely. Dinner options in Flm are limited and expensive, so great to be able to cook instead. Good shower and comfortable bed. Free car parking and an easy 15 minute walk into Flm.

  : No bath mat. No freezer compartment in the fridge. Early check out at 10 am.

  : The views were stunning - it was like we owned the waterfall in our backyard
  : We couldnt get the stove to work and there was no response from reception via WhatsApp - which was the method they said to use if any questions. Difficult to sleep as it was so bright overnight - we realise this is part of Norway, however thick curtains would have been welcomed.

  : Unable to charge my phone as our international charger did not fit in the sockets. The maintenance man, loaned us a phone charger for the stay which was perfect.

  : Nice large house, quiet and comfortable. Plenty of space, but basically nothing for preparing food.
  : Communication was terrible. I got a message telling me to check in at reception between 3 and 8 so we made sure to get there around 6. No-one was there. There were instructions that we were in the Foss House and a picture of it, but it was not visible from the reception and there were no signs to it. When we finally saw it in the distance the view was from the other side from the photo so we werent sure. But eventually we got in. We wanted to know if we could leave our bags in the foyer when we went for a hike the next morning but no-one answered my Whatsap (although they said the number would work for Whatsap). Finally after 10 the next day I reached someone by phone who could not give me an answer and told me her colleague would be at reception in 10 minutes. This was not true. We didnt want to keep waiting so we just left our bags on the porch during our hike. Another issue is that its about a 25 minute walk to town and food.
