  : The location is great. The staff are helpfull and very polite. The Spa and Pool are great for relaxing after a day on the slopes. A handy Bakery service allows you to order bread and pastries for the following morning.
  : The Reception area is massive and there is nothing going on in the Residence of an evening. Perhaps organise an event each evening, especially on a Sat or Sun after arrival day or create a small bar/coffee shop area for socialising.Apartment could be a little cleaner. Food debris under bench seating and the table and chairs were covered in sugary liquid residue and had to be cleaned before use. Cushions on sofa hadn't been straightened since the last guests.No code for entry keypad to building. Didn't even know we needed one until day four...

  : Location is ideal, right at the foot of the slopes. Self catering and kitchen area was ideal for what we needed. Views from the balcony are fantastic! The beds were very comfortable. And the pool and spa are wonderful. Check in/out was very good and reception staff were great.
  : Only one toilet even though the apartment had two bathrooms. And in the duplex, a second toilet on the same level as the other bedroom would have been better. The sofa bed as a couch was uncomfortable to sit on. The TV remote was hit and miss and the choice of channels was very bad for UK viewers. Not sure how well this apartment would work with 6 people in it.

  : Great location, wonderful views from balcony and pool. Spacious rooms, fantastic to have lockers for ski equipment and boot dryers.
