  : The location is beautiful
  : The not-so friendly reception and the old-fashioned bathroom. We arrived at 13:45. The first word at the reception was not Bonjour or Welcome but a complaint that we were way too early, and why we did not read the regulation, which says that inchecktime starts at 16:00 (which is quite late in my opinion). So we went to the village (it rained) and returned after 16:00. The location is beautiful. The bathroom was totally out of date with a kind of minibath you only could sit in. Quite expensive for this room. Half a bottle of rose in the minibar costs EUR 19.

  : Lovely bastide. Decor could be updated but great pool, grounds, breakfast, and lovely, hospitality.

  : Location/communal areas were quite nice
  : The lady at the reception (the owner?) was unfortunately very rude and unfriendly. For instance: the reserved extra bed for the studio was not available and we had to find alternative accomodation for one of our kids (or the entire family). Luckily our son could spend the first night with friends and he was allowed to camp in the studio during the second night, on his own airbed and sleepingbag. No help or apologies whatsoever from the lady. She was even angry with us when we arrived. She immediately denied that the extra bed was part of the reservation and she said that she didnt care what was in the Booking description/reservation. She made it very clear that it was not her problem Another example: the kitchen that was part of the studio was locked. We had to ask the lady multiple times before she unlocked it on the second day of our stay. Initially the lady refused to open it and she kept asking why we needed the kitchen (what do you think?). The kitchen was part of the studio discription and was one of the reasons for us to book the studio.Finally, the price of the studio was in our view too high for the quality of the studio, in particular without the extra bed and without friendly staff. This was quite a bizarre experience in an otherwise lovely place.

  : The hotel has a gentle and homely atmosphere. Very comfortable. The breakfast was carefully and excellently prepared using home produce. Evening Dinner on Saturday was very tasty. We really enjoyed the spa and pool (even on a very rainy spring day).
  : The coffee/tea machine with capsules was problematic, and did not taste so nice. Instead, we were given a kettle to the room, which was a better alternative.

  : charming old bastide very clean and well kept lits of little niches quaint provenal style excellent breakfast home produced yoghurt and jams plently of fresh fruit and nuts pruns to add to yoghurt- within walking distance of the town and a couple of good choices re restaurants but most closed on the Thursday we went. However we found the best one and had an amazing 3 course meal for just 35 a head. Bed was basic but comfortable 1970s/80s bathroom advocado suite but clean.
  : on arrival didnt get that warm welcome one was hoping for felt we were an inconvenience really although she wasnt unkind or rude just felt as we were the only ones staying everything we asked about was too much. The Pool was great buu had a robot in it so i didnt feel i could swim and felt I couldnt ask if it could be removed either! Jacuzzi was 50 for two so thought that wasnt worth asking about either. very dated but ckean could be done in a more upti date provenal style if they had the budget but guessing its not that easy these days. Very well kept though. We were hoping we could stay on site to eat but again she said for twi people not worth opening the restauand I can understand that and actually looking at the menu and the 31 a head Im really glad as the meal we had in the underwhelming village was the best meal in everyway we could have asked for- if we were ever to go to Flayosc again wed go to eat there! I like a nice comfy duvet but it was a blanket and sheet but was okay I guess.
