Disappointing
Traveller Type: family with young children
  : Booked an accessible room which was on the first floor and right beside the lobby and the breakfast area.Staff was pleasant, especially the gentleman who was looking after the breakfast room.
  : The secondary lock on the door was partly broken off, so couldn't use it. Since we were directly across the hall from the breakfast room, we could hear the waffle maker beeping at the end of each and every cycle. This began at 6:00 am with the start of breakfast. The problem was the close proximity. I forgot to request a "quiet room" which I usually do. The hotel is very well used and tired with a torn curtain in our room. Minor problems but overall leading to the sad state of affairs. Need a thorough dusting and cleaning throughout. I chose this hotel primarily because of location, my bad!

  : The only good thing is that it was convenient to where I was visiting
  : This was by far the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. There was no cable TV in my room so only got one channel. I would have canceled my stay here if I was able to without having to still pay for the room anyways.
