  : Lovely property and location
  : AC wasn’t working. Toilet not working. Ac was set to Celsius and off. So the room was hot. The toilet flush was broken and we had to fix it. Next door had a band that played till 2 AM. And we were up till then. The rooms are very small.

  : The location is excellent. The hotel is clean and the staff couldn't be better. The Big Bad Breakfast is great for morning coffee and the food was very good. Although limited, it's nice that room service for a snack is also available if you happen to arrive later or just need something quick and easy. It would be nice to have a salad option or fruit plate on the menu instead of only fried foods or burgers.
  : The room I was given faced the street and was somewhat noisy at times due to the activity outside. The walls for the surrounding rooms are also thin and conversations, the TV, etc. could often be heard. As a business traveler, it was disappointing that the room did not have an actual desk for computer or writing. There was not a comfortable chair for work either. The television in the room did not work for 2 of the 3 nights I stayed. Parking is not ideal because there is no designated area for parking. After hours when the shops, etc are closed, street parking closer to the hotel entrance was more readily available. For leisure travel, I think the hotel would be great. It's not (or at least the room I had was not) designed for a business traveler especially with regard to space to work, etc if necessary. I'd stay again for a leisure visit, but likely choose another option for business travel when in Florence.

  : Excellent location right on the Main Street. The bowling alley in the basement is fun but we were the only clientele (it was a Monday night). Bar next door has great live music. The historic ice cream parlour across the street is fab as is the pizza pie restaurant.
  : The room decor is nice but too basic for example, why is there no bedside table? Minimal bathroom toiletries provided..:not enough for two people. The doors have been cut too short so there is a gap underneath which means that you can hear every noise from people walking down the corridor. We could clearly hear the television from the next room. This hotel has potential and markets itself as something boutique but it lacks the small touches and comfort factor. We felt breakfast should have been included in the price to make this value for money.
