  : 1) The apartment first of all is managed by an external company called Novasol. Due to an error they made, the actual owner of the flat was not expecting us therefore we had to wait outside the building for an additional hour until someone was able to come and open. Moreover the room was not cleaned.2) It is NOT a private studio, on the contrary it is the mezzanine floor/attic of an apartment where the owner lives in. To reach the attic you have to walk through the owners apartment. Additionally, there may be a door which locks, however the owner needs access on several days for personal reasons. 3) The owner who lives in the apartment does not speak english.4) According to the house rules which are given to you upon your arrival, pets are not allowed, there is a curfew(until 1 am) and no noise after 10pm. Also, guests are not allowed.5) There is NO airconditioning.6) Very low ceiling.
