  : Perfect location! Safe, clean place and tranquil inside the courtyard. At the breakfast there were a little bit more incredients (even cheese, ham and apples) than in many other hotels in Italy.
  : The bed was HARD. Nothing green (vegetables) at the breakfast. The shower water comes only from above your head and when you don’t want to get your hair wet every time you shower :(A general reminder that it is on the 3rd floor with 90 steps, so if you can’t clime this is not for you.

  : The building is beautifully renovated and centrally located. The breakfast offered a number of different options which catered for most of the guests' needs. The place was quiet and clean. The mattress was comfy, too.
  : The Wi-fi was not detectable at Dantes Room. The 90-steps staircase leading to the third floor of the B&B may be a problem when carrying heavy luggage. The bathroom was suffocatingly small and gave off a musty odour, we had to leave the window open during our stay. There was no reception upon our arrival, the first phone number indicated on an exterior sign was invalid. The second was answered by sb who said they'd come in 5 minutes. After this time elapsed and I recalled, they were rather impolite and eventually texted me the passcode to enter the main entrance. Their whole approach was unprofessional, passive-aggressive and borderline offensive, with no willingness to communicate. It was evident they didn't want to be there. Very unprofessional, incompatible with the principles of hospitality.

  : The rooms are located on the top floor of a building without a lift. Beautiful historic building near the center. Balcony to the courtyard. Quiet place. Basic breakfast. Room basic equipment, but in order.

  : Location was good and the staff were helpful. The room was relatively quiet.
  : If you don't like stairs, don't book this place. You have to climb 4 flights of stairs to get to the apartment. There isn't lift.

  : The location & the building was pretty cool but that’s about it!
  : No elevator, you need to walk up a lot with your heavy luggage! Be aware! The room was not as in the picture. Very very basic, quite empty, super small tv. The bed was extremely hard & uncomfortable. The balcony is to the inside with zero view. You have no privacy at all. There’s lots of other balconies next to you & on the opposite side. We had ALOT of mosquitos in our room and I barely slept at night. The bathroom was super basic as well. The breakfast was just bad. Everything was pre packed, not any fresh products! The most basic breakfast I ever had in any accommodation. All in all for paying so much money a night I was extremely disappointed and wanted to leave the first night but had no choice but to stay. I tried to get a better room but they were fully booked. I think people book it bc it’s very central and yes the location is great but it’s extremely basic and definitely not worth the money! I was very upset about it bc it was my birthday / anniversary and I expected way more!
