  : Location is very good. There is an elevator what makes things easier if you are travelling with toddler. Very nice garden.
  : The place really needs some refreshment. Bathroom is the worst - there is mold. Beds are not very comfortable, don't expect much from the kitchen. Instructions are confusing - host asked many times when we arrive, but didn't say how to get there (Florence has two types of house numbers) ant didn't notice that there is a problem with check-in time. When we arrived they still cleaned. If it's rainy, it is really cold there and you are not allowed to touch the heating system. I'm not reccomending staying there if you are travelling with child.

  : We enjoyed the beautiful courtyard view from our balcony. Nice sized apartment. Daniela was kind and super helpful. We had issues with the broken bed and air conditioner in ~100F weather, and she sent a man to fix it. We were happy they took care of these necessities very quickly.
  : We were not unhappy. Everything was fine. Good place, good location. We enjoyed Florence to the fullest. More or less, the same things that almost everyone else has reported as unacceptable, remains unchanged. Previous customers reported things like: the bed was pretty uncomfortable, the apartment needing a paint job, the moldy tub needing a cleanup and a good caulking; they could provide inexpensive basics like dishwasher soap, a roll of paper towel for the sink, and a box of tissues. They could pay attention to these small things, and really make a nice stay even better. If we knew those things were corrected, we would stay there again.

  : Close to tourist attractions. Large rooms, large bathroom. Availability of paid parking.
  : The main disadvantage is the noise until 23:00. If you want to sleep before 23:00, you will not be able to. Even talking in the apartment is uncomfortable, it is so noisy. The windows of the apartment overlook the courtyard, where the terrace of one of the cafes also overlooks. There is very loud music and noise of cafe visitors. After 23:00 everything is quiet. Also the floors in the apartment are dirty and there is mold in the bathroom.
