  : I appreciated the apartment's proximity to both the train station and numerous tourist attractions. It made getting around the city incredibly convenient and allowed for easy exploration of popular sites. Being within walking distance of these attractions enhanced the overall enjoyment of my stay.
  : My experience at the hotel apartment was disappointing. On the first night of our stay, the toilet flush tank malfunctioned immediately after returning from an outing. Despite promptly informing the staff member who contacted me upon arrival, the issue was not resolved satisfactorily. The technician dispatched to fix it attributed the problem to our alleged failure to press the flush tank buttons correctly. However, even after their intervention, the problem persisted, requiring us to press the buttons to refill the tank repeatedly. This inconvenience significantly detracted from our enjoyment of the stay, particularly for my family. Considering the substantial amount paid for just two nights, the overall experience fell short of expectations and did not justify the cost

  : We stayed at Coco for one week. Very central. Could walk easily to Duomo, Academy, Uffizi, Pointe Vecchio, train station Very clean. Friendly and attentive staff. Internet access was here and there and generally unreliable. Overall great experience.
  : It is a garden apartment. Sight and smell of jasmine.

  : Wonderful location in the city center but still quiet and surrounded by beautiful garden. Our host was exceptionally nice and very helpful. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

  : Bright, spacious and airy with a great bathroom and adequate kitchen facilities. We loved the balcony and ate meals here overlooking the beautiful peaceful courtyard, an oasis of calm in the madness of Florence! Bed was comfortable and the area is peaceful, yet we were close walking distance to everywhere, especially the station. Washing machine in the basement was useful (small charge of 3.)
  : We were disappointed not to be able to use the air conditioning that was advertised. Apparently it isnt considered hot enough in May but it is at night when youre used to English temperatures. The living room decor was a little sparse and bland but it didnt matter.
