  : The staff was extremely helpful and kind, they really put effort to make the stayed enjoyable. When they sent the instructions for self check-in I mentioned that the reservation was for seniors and maybe they will be a little confused so they waited for my parents and uncles to help them do the check-in and to make sure they have everything they needed. They had a wonderful stay, location was excellent, walking distance of main points.

  : Very clean and quiet. Authentic atmosphere. Great location, 5 min away from Cathedral. Second floor, no lift. Good sized room with additional sitting area, table with glasses and hot water kettle. Bathroom equipped with the essentials. Smoking area on the common balcony. Very friendly staff.
  : Faint sewer smell from time to time. But it quickly airs out with the window open.

  : The location is very central and can't be beat. The staff is only around from about 10-12 in the morning but were always very courteous.
  : The room was so much smaller than it seemed from the photo and it was hard to move around with our bags. The towels were threadbare and our room faced the wall of an internal courtyard which is hard in a very small room.

  : The property is very centrally located, there is only a 3min walk from the main square and the Duomo. The room had nicely working heating when we needed that on the colder evening. There was also kettle with tea set in the room and coffee machine by the front desk which was for the guest use. The fridge and iron was also available on the corridor. The room was quiet and the bed comfy.
  : Unfortunately there are many restrictions in property rules, like "no eating in the room". The bathroom was unfortunately very small and I would risk a statement that it needs some renovation.. There window view was very disappointing and the window opening system rather tricky and fragile - and we needed to open the window to open the external shutters to have at least substitute of the daylight. In general I would say it was a bit pricey for the standard, however general price level in Florence is horrendous so I guess this was considered moderate.
